How to Get Started with Versapay
To access your new Versapay account, you’ll first need an email invitation from your vendor. This invitation connects your company to their Versapay portal, allowing you to view, manage, and pay invoices securely online.
1. Check for an Invitation Email
You should have received an email invitation from your vendor introducing you to their new payment portal.
The invitation is typically sent from Versapay on behalf of your vendor.
The subject line may mention your vendor’s name or reference “Versapay” or “invoice portal.”
Be sure to check your spam, junk, or promotions folder if you don’t see it in your main inbox.
2. Didn’t Receive an Invitation?
If you haven’t received an invitation, contact your vendor directly and ask them to send one.
When reaching out, confirm the following:
They have your correct and preferred email address on file.
They know who should be the primary contact for your company. (This is typically the person responsible for reviewing and paying invoices.)
Once your vendor updates your information, they can resend the invitation.
3. What to Expect in the Invitation
When you receive the invitation email:
Click Join Now or Create Account.
You’ll be guided through setting up a secure password.
After logging in, you’ll be able to view outstanding invoices, make payments, and manage communication preferences.
If you’re joining a company account that already exists in Versapay, your access will be linked automatically once you accept the invite.
4. Common Questions
Can someone else on my team receive the invite?
Yes. You can ask your vendor to update the contact email and resend the invitation to another team member.
5. Still Having Trouble?
If your vendor confirms they’ve sent the invite but you still can’t find it, try the following:
Search your inbox for “Versapay” or your vendor’s company name.
Check your email filters or quarantined messages.
If issues persist, reach out to your vendor for further assistance — they can verify the status of your invitation or reissue it.
