Updated over a month ago

Keeping your account secure is an important part of maintaining access to your portal. Once you are logged in, you can easily update both your password and your security questions directly within your profile settings—without needing to use the Forgot Password? option on the main login page.

This guide walks you through the steps to update your password and security questions to help ensure your account remains protected.

Changing your Existing Password

Step 1: Access Your Account Menu

After logging into the portal, locate your username in the top right-hand corner. This is typically the email address associated with your account.

Click on your username to open the account menu.

Step 2: Navigate to Your Profile

From the dropdown menu, select My Profile.

This will take you to your personal account settings, where you can update your password and security questions.

Step 3: Update Your Password

Once you are on the My Profile page, you will see the option to change your password.

To complete the update, enter your current password followed by your new password. Please ensure your new password meets all of the following requirements:

  • At least 12 characters in length

  • Contains one lowercase letter

  • Contains one uppercase letter

  • Contains one number

After entering the required information, save your changes to update your password successfully.

Changing Your Security Questions

To update your security questions, follow Steps 1 and 2 outlined in the Changing Your Existing Password section. Once you have opened the My Profile page, scroll to the bottom of the screen. There, you will find the section where you can update your security questions and answers.

Reminder: Be sure to keep a record of your selected questions and answers. These will be required if you forget your password in the future and need to complete a password reset.
